for current and emerging challenges. Teledyne Microwave Solutions
is looking for a Manufacturing Technician for Day shift. Essential
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may
be assigned. /n - Have experience in chem-film (alodyne) process on
metal surfaces /n - Have experience with conformal coating on PCB,
solvent tests. /n - Analyzes indicated and calculated test results
in relation to process /n - Able to work with chemicals and
cleaning agents. /n - Able to work with microscope, variable
handheld tools, fixtures. /n - Able to read and review work
instructions and drawings to ascertain test specifications,
procedures, nature of technical problem, substitution of material
or parts /n - Sets up and conducts tests of complete units and
components under operational, environmental and life conditions to
evaluate performance and reliability of prototype or production
model /n - Records test procedures and results, numerical and
graphical data, and recommendations for changes in product or
procedures. /n /n Education and/or Experience Vocational or
Technical Certificate in related field and at a minimum of 5-10
years of directly related experience, and/or training; or
equivalent combination of education and experience. Other Skills
and Abilities /n - Basic Knowledge of ISO and/or AS9100 /n -
Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/6 Sigma/Kaizen /n -
Knowledge of specific software (design, analysis, ERP) /n -
Knowledge to utilize manufacturing test, development or diagnostic
equipment such as but not limited to oscilloscopes, voltmeters,
spectrum analyzers. /n /n Other Qualifications - US Citizenship
with ability to attain/maintain government security clearance. /n
$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS Salary Range: $42,800.00-$57,100.000 Pay

only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is

limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key
