We are looking for an Emerging Product Solutions Sales Lead to join the team.

In this role you will be accountable for driving sales of emerging solutions, such as Synopsys Cloud. You and your team will work with customers to learn about their emerging requirements and work with technical experts to develop and position solutions. You will create business proposals and close business agreements. You will partner with technical teams to ensure customer success and business growth.
* Ability to manage complex business and technical engagements resulting in customer success and business growth.
* Effective communication with a broad range of technical and non-technical people.
* A proven knowledge of semiconductor design and EDA tool flows and the desire to uncover emerging trends at our customers and develop into new business opportunities.
* A BS with at least 10 years of experience in customer facing sales roles in the areas of Integrated Circuit Design, EDA flows, semiconductor manufacturing or Cloud sales.
* A history of building global teams to drive success selling for complex technical products and services in the EDA or semiconductor industry.
* Experience selling business value to executives.

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $180,000 to $315,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
