About our People Operations Team Our People Operations team looks after programs like culture-building, recruiting, total rewards, talent development, performance management, physical and remote working arrangements, and more. What you'll do: * Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies to deliver high quality, diverse talent * Own the recruiting process start to finish - source prospective candidates, review resumes, conduct pre-screen calls, facilitate the interview and selection process, and manage the offer presentation, negotiation and closing process * Build and promote our employer brand and effectively represent Databook's values in all candidate communications * Maintain regular reporting to track recruiting metrics, measure the effectiveness of the recruiting process and identify gaps * Act as an advocate for both hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruiting process; establishing regular touch points and providing diligent follow through resulting in a best in class hiring experience * Participate in other People Operations and Recruiting-focused projects as needed About You * 3+ years of experience working as a full-cycle recruiter with a focus on Sales recruitment * Proven track record of identifying, engaging, and closing top talent * Familiarity with various recruiting and sourcing tools to enable a data-driven and efficient recruiting process * Experience building representative candidate pipelines and helping hiring managers create inclusive teams * Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong cross-functional relationships to establish credibility and influence at all levels * Strong analytic and critical thinking skills to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team Ideal candidates will also have: * Experience recruiting for marketing roles * Experience working in Greenhouse (Applicant Tracking System), LinkedIn and other recruitment tools and platforms * Worked in an early stage start-up environment Join us and enjoy these perks! * Competitive salary with bonus + Equity * Medical, Dental and Vision care contributions * 401K retirement plan (100% match up to 3% and 50% for next 2%) * 4 weeks vacation plus holidays * Employee referral bonus program * $500 learning stipend to spend on books, courses or other training materials that help you develop skills relevant to your role or professional development * Complimentary subscription to Masterclass * $750 budget for home office equipment Databook provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, pregnancy, military and veteran status, age, physical and mental disability, genetic characteristics, or any other considerations made unlawful by applicable state or local laws.
