Minimum qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. * 4 years of experience in business analysis, demand forecasting, supply planning, consulting, or finance. Preferred qualifications: * Experience in Forecasting, Demand planning, Financial Modeling, or Analytics. * Experience building analysis and/or data visualizations in spreadsheet software, Tableau, or SQL. * Tolerance for ambiguity, and ability to work in a fast-changing environment. About the job The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives. The Devices and Services Business Organization Global Sales Operations team is responsible for the business planning and sales forecasting process throughout a hardware product's lifecycle, from conception to end-of-life. As the Google Pixel Global Sales Operations Manager, you'll work with a variety of stakeholders from Sales, Supply Chain, Product, Marketing, and Finance, to launch new products and technologies with our third-party partners and the Google Store. You will manage the consolidated weekly/monthly/annual demand forecast, working closely with regional counterparts to understand demand drivers and changes to forecast. Our team provides meaningful solutions - from helping publishers and developers grow their businesses through monetization solutions, to helping our long-term partners anticipate and navigate change in a way that delivers economic and reputational value. We build and distribute products through partnerships across a multitude of product areas, including Ads, Search & Assistant, Geo, Platforms & Ecosystems, Devices & Services, Health, Retail, Payments, Next Billion Users, and more. We collaborate across Google, ensuring a coordinated approach when engaging with our most complex and strategic partners. Responsibilities * Manage the global Pixel demand forecast, consolidating inputs from each of the Regional Sales Operations teams, sharing consolidated demand forecast with key cross-functional partners (Pixel, Product Area, Operations, Service Delivery Management, and Finance), and speaking to business drivers of forecast changes. * Understand, interpret and visualize sales performance and changing market trends for presenting out to internal management, regional counterparts, and key stakeholders. * Interpret market data to collaborate with product planning on market sizing across new and existing markets/products, and play an important role in the annual planning process, set annual quarterly goals for product categories. * Collaborate with Supply Planning in times of product constraints (shortages) to maximize sales and support our partners. * Assess risks and contingencies to the business, and work with Sales teams to build plans to mitigate risks and drive sales performance.
