SUMMARY--- We are looking for an Operations Analyst for Payments to
support our growing portfolio with multiple product offerings. ---
We are focused on accelerating our growth and scaling the business
with institutional quality servicing systems, data, reporting and
operational excellence. --- This role will be remote. --- This
position will report to the Money Operations Lead for Payments &
Payroll. Responsibilities: --- Support day-to-day payment
operations including:--- Partnering across functional teams to
address, resolve and document issues--- Identify improvement
opportunities through analysis, research, incident review, etc.---
Follow-up and tracking of third-party issues--- Contribute to
process documentation and other initiatives to drive operational
excellence--- Interaction with third party partners, monitoring
SLAs, etc.--- Collaborate with Business and Compliance Teams to
identify and resolve issuesQualifications--- 3+ years professional
experience in a payment operations or payments technology role with
a PayFac, acquirer processor, gateway or FI--- Intimate knowledge
of payments processes, workflows, funds flow--- Understanding of
payments backoffice systems, how they connect, where issues can
arise--- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams---
Ability to work independently - self-starter, enthusiastic and
highly motivated--- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
with the ability to exercise sound judgment--- Excellent
communication skills; strong organizational skills and attention to
detail--- RTP experience and/or Jira knowledge a plus.
