• Platform : help our portfolio companies make the most of every opportunity About the Role: - The Samsung Next M&A Team is looking to fill the role of an analyst to assist the team in developing growth strategies and executing on M&A and strategic investment opportunities. Responsibilities: -
  • Participate in strategy development projects for various business units within Samsung Electronics
  • Assist in sourcing, vetting, pitching, and executing M&A and strategic investment opportunities, including leading due diligence calls, performing valuation analysis, and negotiating terms
  • Interface and engage with founders and CEOs throughout the process
  • Prepare investment memos and presentation materials for the leadership team Required Qualifications:
    • Undergraduate degree with a strong academic record
    • Two to four years of professional experience at a top-tier investment bank, management consulting firm, private equity firm, or technology company
    • Ability to formulate insights around sophisticated business problems
    • Strong understanding of accounting, corporate finance, and valuation methodologies
    • Meticulous attention to detail
    • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
    • Strong personal initiative
    • Experience leading cross-functional teams Bonus Points: -
