Job Description MOMA Title: Strategy Analyst Researcher Description Client's world class products reach users all around every day. The Android/Pixel UX Research team is a core part of developing the best of Android. We provide innovative research that focuses on delivering the best experience for users, and strategize with product managers and cross-functional teams as critical advisors, thought partners, and subject matter experts. We are looking for our next Strategy Analyst to vision, frame, and develop these best-in-class mobile experiences. You will leverage your strategic thinking and analytic skills to synthesize across many different sources to develop product-relevant recommendations. You will help us to deeply understand the business / industry contexts that affect our users including market, competitive, retail, and economic trends. Together, we will explore innovation in the Android experience and devise how we deliver those experiences across different devices, surfaces, developers, and channels. Job responsibilities Conduct market, competitive, industry, user and internal analyses to inform product development, feature prioritization, go-to-market business direction Monitor, analyze, and report smartphone / technology market movements and trends with regular business cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly) Develop cross-product strategies, opportunity analyses, frameworks, roadmaps, contingencies Assemble compelling, actionable narratives with expert communication by sourcing primary and third-party research, dashboards, or databases (SQL) when needed Mandatory: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience 4 years of relevant professional experience Superb verbal and written communications skills High attention to detail Must be a flexible and creative individual capable of managing multiple priorities and projects in a diverse environment Professional experience with analyzing and visualizing data in Tableau, or Sheets/Excel Proficiency with building beautiful, visually consistent presentations ( Slides, PowerPoint, Keynote) Desired: Advanced degree in research, marketing, quantitative discipline or MBA Professional experience developing product strategies, contingency plans Professional experience with product development from design to launch Professional experience and interest with user research methods Professional experience with equity, market, financial, due diligence research Strong skills and experience in pitching, and crafting compelling actionable narratives Interest in high-tech, consumer electronics, mobile, telecom industry, health/medical, mobile photography, or cloud Creative and results driven, the ability to zoom from strategy to execution, business minded and collaborative Ability to lead and handle multiple time-sensitive projects from inception to delivery Benefits We offer a wide range of benefits including Medical, Dental, paid holidays, and more.
