desire to succeed. What You Will Be Doing - Communicate effectively
both orally and in writing with confidence and professionalism-
Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills- Proven capacity for
leadership responsibilities and directing a team- Work effectively
on multiple projects, to set priorities and maintain schedules-
Design development experience, planning, coordinating and
overseeing the production of construction drawings. - Experience
with the entire project lifecycle, through post-occupancy- Contract
management, experience negotiating project scope and fees- Develop
and maintain the project budget and schedule, monitor and
communicate production and financial progress- An understanding of
building materials, details, and construction techniques- A
thorough knowledge of building codes, standards, and ADA expertise-
Ability to work constructively with entitlement agencies- Knowledge
of sustainability, integrated design, and LEED guidelines- Advanced
knowledge of QA/QC process- Ability to coordinate with consultants
and contractors What You Need for this Position - 10+ years
experience- California licensure (preferred)- Bachelor Degree in
Architecture - Knowledge of sustainability, integrated design, and
LEED guidelines- Advanced knowledge of QA/QC process- Construction
administration skills and experience- Must be proficient in Revit /
Autodesk Building Design, along with MS Office Suite What's In It
