Title: IT Inventory Specialist
Locations: Mountain View Onsite
Your Opportunities:

Pure Storage is seeking an IT Operations Specialist professional that is customer oriented and handles the day-to-day onboarding and offboarding of users. You will partner with HR and vendors to ensure all new hire experience is seamless and they hit the ground running on day 1. You will provide accurate and complete details of weekly onboarding and offboarding of users to generate reports on KPI & metrics.

The ideal candidate will independently be able to evaluate the current process, propose improvements, and implement them. The role is a global role that supports onboarding and offboarding in different regions by partnering with regional IT Support Specialists.

What You'll Do
--- Use forensic tools to pull data from exit employee laptops
--- Communicate changes and updates to both technical and non-technical audiences
--- Knowledge and passion for End User Computing hardware; Apple, Lenovo
--- Recognize process improvement opportunities and work with Security team for execution
--- Maintain accurate inventory and databases

Preferred
--- BA/BS in related field strongly preferred or equivalent work experiences
--- ServiceNow experience a major advantage
--- ITSM - ITIL4 Foundation
