Adventures is searching for the ideal candidate to join our team!
We currently have an opening for a Lead Service Technician opening!
We are looking for a high-level, experienced Lead RV Service
Technician/Mechanic to help grow our team. As part of the world's
largest Airstream Exclusive Dealership Group, we offer a

please read on! This Lead RV Technician hourly position earns a
competitive salary with a range of $83,230 - $104,000 per year
(which is an hourly rate of $40 - $50 per hour), depending on prior
experience and training. This role will train other technicians as
well as help the Service Team in dispatching repair orders to the
appropriate technician and other duties common to a Lead Technician

LIFE OF AN RV SERVICE LEAD TECHNICIAN As a Lead RV Technician, you
are responsible for all repair phases of luxurious travel trailers
and touring coaches. Collaborating as a team, you diagnose issues
and repair failed components. You also perform pre-delivery
inspections. You will have the skills and experience to teach other
technicians on repairs, provide guidance and advice and assist the
Service Advisor in dispatching repair orders. As the Lead
Technician you will take on more complex repair orders and you will
train others to do the same! Always looking to improve your skills
and earning power, you regularly participate in continuing
education such as vendor training and other training offered by the
company. You find your job engaging and get great satisfaction out
of helping our Guests fulfill their dreams of creating memories in
an Airstream! QUALIFICATIONS Experience in RVs and any additional
related skilled trade experience (i.e. auto mechanic, facilities
maintenance technician, plane mechanic, boat mechanic, carpenter,
welder, fabricator, electrician, plumber, HVAC technician, or
similar) is helpful as well. 5-7 years' experience specifically in
diagnostic and repair of Recreational Vehicles. Experience in
training others in various RV repairs. Experience in effective,
clear communication in a shop environment. Proven safety record.
Intermediate computer skills. Must provide own basic toolset.
Ability to utilize tools appropriately and safely. Valid driver's
license with an insurable driving record. Ability to pass a
background check. WORKING CONDITIONS The physical and environmental

Work may require: Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, grasping,
lifting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and moving items - constantly
required to stand, walk, sit, and reach, grasp and work with hands

to move around and maneuver products when necessary. Must be able
to climb ladders, stairs, and scaffolding on a daily or weekly
basis. Must be able to move inside and outside of units with ease.
Must be able to work under a unit and on top of unit to complete
repairs. Regularly lifts and carries items weighing up to 25
pounds. Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 50
pounds. Walking and Standing - requires movement of body throughout
entire workday. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal
range. While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is
occasionally exposed to wet or humid conditions; fumes or airborne
particles; outdoor weather conditions. WORK SCHEDULE This position
typically works Tuesday - Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. RV Service
dealership experience and RVIA/RVDA certification are strongly
preferred. We will train on specifics of the Airstream Brand. Do
