Job Title: Student Services Officer

Location: Palo Alto, CA 94304 - Onsite Role

Duration: 03 Months - (High potential of Extension/Conversion based on performance)

Pay Rate: ($37-$38) hourly

Duties Include:
Oversee, review, and administer student records by analyzing data, counseling students, and providing recommendations that require interpretation and influence decisions.
Make exceptions on issues of eligibility, course enrollment, and program requirements.
Develop recommendations and collaborate with staff, faculty, and other offices to resolve programmatic issues within the school and across functional units (such as strategizing to ensure optimal enrollment)..

Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and one year of relevant experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
Extensive experience with event planning.
Prior experience with financial systems.
Ability to complete tasks and projects with minimal direction.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities (required):
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic computer skills, including experience with the MS Office Suite.
