Overview:Earn $23.00/hr. - -Joining our California's Great
America team means you'll be responsible for managing and
maintaining human resources records and assisting with employee
needs - -You'll also---
- Audit and monitor all departments staffing and rest and meal
times daily to ensure they are in compliance with company, state
and federal labor laws.
- Conduct daily field audits of daily break schedules and weekly
schedules for all departments.
- Conduct audits for certifications. -
- Perform administrative tasks, including entry of employment
data in a variety of computer systems.
- Assist in recruiting efforts by screening applications.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external
guests.

Qualifications:

- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have FULL availiability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and
Outlook.
- Availability to include weekdays, weekends, evenings, and
holidays.
