As Executive Business Partner for our VP of Marketing you will be a strategic partner, streamlining communications and supporting key initiatives for the rapidly growing Marketing function. This role will report to our Executive Business Partner to the CEO and will be in the Bay Area - ideally in-person at our Mountain View, CA HQ. What you'll do:

  • Heavy and rapid calendar management in an ever-changing, fast-paced, global environment.
  • Be a trusted, strategic partner to our VP of Marketing to support the growth of our high performing marketing team. -
  • Anticipate the needs of the VP of Marketing, as well as the broader marketing function, and proactively communicate and provide assistance.
  • Partner with marketing leadership to operationalize workflows, reports, and deliverables.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination for on-site and off-site meetings, dinners, and team events.
  • Manage complex travel logistics and prepare monthly expense reports.
  • Project manage special projects between 1-day and 1-month in length, including fully owning the necessary budgets, travel, logistics, communications, and stakeholder updates.
  • Proactively partner with the Office of the CEO, Office of the CRO, and the People Operations team, with openness to lean in, learn, and mentor--without ego. What you bring to the table:
    • 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives
