Job Description:

Project Overview: Design key aspects of input and international market expansion on Client's laptop, tablet, and desktop devices. The scope of this role intersects across software, hardware, and Go-to-market. This role will define and deliver new input experiences by creating user flows, UI mockups, and prototypes. Overall Responsibilities: Define and communicate product design strategy, vision, and guiding principles Execute against several work streams in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment including timezone difference, and deliver clear and detailed solutions Explore divergent design solutions, grounded in constraints, which serve as boundaries to work within and barriers to creatively overcome them Develop interaction flows, high-fidelity mocks, and/or device-specific prototypes Clearly rationalize and justify design work and advocate for users' needs Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teammates and be willing to explore all options Deliver the designs for each release by following through on details with the engineering team and driving fit-and-finish polish Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: Deliver UX assets and visions, along with a plan for evolutionary, iterative updates, that actualize the vision over time Advocate for simple design, focused utility, and crafted execution, and ensure the quality of implementation is held at a high standard Collaborate with cross-functional teams and peers and build relationships that deliver a user-centric experience (with Visual Designer, UXs Researchers, as well as Product Managers, Engineering, and Marketing partners) Required Skills: 3 - 5 years of experience in: Demonstrate a high level of craft in design systems thinking Proficiency with user-centered design principles and design tools (e.g. Figma) to produce wireframes and high fidelity mockups Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and peers and build relationships that deliver a user-centric experience (with Visual Designer, UXs Researchers, as well as Product Managers, Engineering, and Marketing partners) Experience working closely with UX and product management teams in the tech industry Education: BA/BS Degree required Nice to have Skills (not required): 5 year of professional experience 2 years of experience establishing design systems for various brands Background in OS and system design Deep experience working in areas that intersect software and hardware Client DescriptionOur client believes that business is the greatest platform for change - and that together, we can improve the state of the world.
