Overview We are seeking intelligent, driven individuals looking to build their career in one of the fastest growing segments of financial markets. As an Associate Market Operator, you will play an integral role originating and executing private market transactions as a part of our Market Operator Team. You will gain exposure to Zanbato's core business as you expand your knowledge of capital markets and develop key analytical and trading skills. From maintaining client communication to helping Zanbato drive trading volume through our Alternative Trading System, ZX, our Associates are a vital part of the firm. You will develop a deep understanding of private markets, private secondary transactions, and product development in a growing fintech company, while having the opportunity to interact with a breadth of leading private market participants and companies. Associate Market Operators will be mentored by experienced traders and given a path to cover their own accounts. The Associate Market Operator role is based out of Mountain View, CA.Licensing We will sponsor you in obtaining the securities licenses required to operate in the industry.
