Digital Experience & Activation Specialist SUMMARY The Digital
Experience & Activation Specialist is responsible enabling and
servicing regional .com sites, assisting with global digital
product launches, and ensuring comprehensive global digital
experiences.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE --- Responsible for documenting and
distributing Digital Experience & Activation processes and
resources --- Own Global Ecommerce Service Desk, troubleshooting
issues and triaging tasks to respective stakeholders --- Assist in
communication of digital activation strategies to key stakeholders,
ensuring timely and successful product launches --- Collaborate
with cross-functional teams (Master Data, Operations, Marketing,
Creative) to execute successful activation strategies --- Configure
backend product settings and attributes in Ecommerce Platform tool,
previewing all updates prior to front-end activation --- Engage in
regular training and QA with regional site owners --- Partner with
Digital Operations to ensure product catalog accuracy --- Implement
personalized and logic driven experiences on regional sites ---
Organize and share out campaign and site performance reports with
key stakeholders
WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN --- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in
digital commerce, consumer products industries --- Quick learner,
excited to develop and improve knowledge, skills, and experience
--- Jira/Confluence, - Experience in SAP Hybris or similar
Ecommerce platform is a plus --- Proficient in Excel ---
Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter --- Organized,
process-oriented --- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
--- University degree in equivalent field
