LMS Administrator Supervisor - Managed Services

This role will be on-site to support one of our largest
enterprise level clients. We are actively recruiting for the
following on site locations; Sunnyvale CA, San Diego CA, Chicago
IL, Atlanta GA, New York NY, Seattle WA, Austin TX, and Boulder CO.

with product and engineering organizations to develop and improve
customer knowledge about Client's products. We are champions of

timelines and holding project deliverables accountable.
The LMS Administrator team delivers a variety of strategic (e.g.,
quarterly & annual business planning, integration of new product
support, customer experience strategy) and operational initiatives
(e.g., evaluation, management and deliverable tracking of
cross-functional training initiatives). This is a technical role
requiring you to work with cross-functional and third party
solutions. As a System Administrator Supervisor, you provide
project consultation through solution outcome focused, and
analytical insight to support customer centric initiatives
globally. You drive implementation, executing on your
responsibilities while getting the best out of individuals
throughout the company.
The LMS Administrator Supervisor is responsible for managing the
Platform Administrator team and executing System health of all
Intellum and Evolve Instances. This includes working with the
Program Managers on upcoming projects, and communicating associated
statuses to all relevant stakeholders. You will be responsible for
proactively escalating any issues or concerns to the Product
Manager or Project Manager if or when deliverables are delayed, in
advance of deadlines. Role title may differ in client reporting

Supervise a team of System Administrators (Time off requests,
permanence management, etc).
Supporting all Tier 3 Tickets covering system breaks testing to
find the root cause and route to the correct team for
Routing Tier 4 Support issues to Intellum Support, CIMS Eng or
Stakeholder Content teams
Running System Audits to perform program health, access controls,
migrations, staging and content mapping.
Provide end to end CUJ testing of new features and build out
projects plan for PA business requirements definition to
deployment, along with communication, issue and risk
Configurations of System setting, routing and access levels for the
automation and disruption of learning.
Maintaining system process documentation
Be the knowledge resource for Intellum and Evolve solutions
Drive improvements to team processes, workflows, and strategy.
Ensure launch requirements and deadlines meet defined SLO times
Escalate launch blocking issues to Program Managers and Project
Ensure requirements and deadlines are understood by assigned the
Determine team capacity and delegate tasks as assigned by Program
Manage coverage for global time zones as needed.
5+ years experience managing learning systems and authoring tools
or related experience.
3+ years experience in a Centralized Support Team supporting
multiple organizations/teams or a comparable role.
3+ years experience in management, coaching or developing a
Excellent priority management, execution and planning skills, and
ability to keep multiple priorities moving at the same time.
Team-oriented work style with proven expertise in problem-solving
Excellent writing, communication, presentation and interpersonal
skills required with ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to build flowcharts, process models, mapping tools, data
flow diagrams, and maintain a knowledge center.
Process driven, with the ability to recommend and implement changes
for process improvement
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting background
Bachelor's degree in Business, or Computer Science, or equivalent 3
years experience is required
Knowledge of product support models and troubleshooting steps
Learning Management System Administration (Intellum preferred)
HTML, SQL or related programming experience
Experience with industry training standards
Knowledge of learning development lifecycles
Experience in automation, operational excellence, or continuous
Working knowledge of Google Ads or other Google product(s) and
demonstrated passion for the user experience
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard,
Extended time viewing a computer monitor
Sitting or standing for extended periods of time
