The Senior Copywriter generates fresh, impactful ideas across all existing and emerging platforms. Senior Copywriters create and inspire work that is distinctive, effective, and truly remarkable.

You'll join a team of cross-disciplinary creatives and strategists executing with the highest standards of excellence across multiple disciplines. You'll combine your love of creating concepts and copywriting while working closely with creative, strategy, and marketing partners. The Senior Copywriter reports to the Creative Director, Copy.

With the Brand Storytelling & Experiences group expanding its charter to include core advertising practices such as creative development and production, this position will play an integral role in that expansion and will help drive the continued excellence of the Intuit brand as a whole.

What you'll bring

  • Have an award-winning portfolio of original advertising work that demonstrates your passion for brand advertising, copywriting, and storytelling across a variety of brands and projects. We'd like to see examples of work in a range of advertising channels such as digital, broadcast, website, activation, out of home, and social.
  • Bring a combination of strategic, conceptual, and copywriting skills PLUS an amazing talent to raise brands to new heights because you thrive on driving great ideas to become even greater campaigns.
  • Conceptualize and develop campaign creative by inspiring and embracing challenges and new ways of thinking... all based on deep customer insights
  • Be an expert storyteller and scriptwriter who can flex between telling authentic stories with real people and scripted/conceptual storytelling.
  • Understand how to live at the confluence of FinTech & Corporate Responsibility Marketing. FinTech and B2B experience is a plus.
    How you will lead

    • This is a hands-on as well as strategic role to lead and create best-in-class creative brand campaigns, conceptualization and execution of creative solutions alongside a Creative Lead, Art partner. This includes generating big creative ideas and executing work on their own, as well as managing and approving the work of external creative partners.

      • Conceptualize and Develop Campaign Creative by inspiring and embracing challenges and new ways of thinking... all based on deep customer insights.
      • Bring a combination of strategic, conceptual and creative direction skills PLUS an amazing talent to raise brands to new heights because you thrive on driving great ideas to become even greater campaigns.
      • Be inspired by a breadth of cultural reference points.
      • Have a drive to break boundaries and craft the breakthrough ideas. Understand how to live at the confluence of FinTech & Corporate Responsibility Marketing.
      • Foster a respectful and collaborative environment.
      • Be fearless, boundlessly creative and have a relentless attention to detail
      • Speak Social Media fluently from a strategic, Creative and Production point of view.
      • Create and manage original, persuasive, conceptually compelling work for campaigns and experience
      • Have a passion for brand building via marketing and content creative development.
      • Ability to think both strategically and tactically, concept through execution.
      • Advocate for an audience-first approach.
      • Are organized, thoughtful, and can be counted on to deliver awesome at all times. Have a strong understanding of the freelance Director, Editor, and other key partner landscapes. Lean in to data from multiple sources to drive creative insights throughout the creative development process.
      • Help ensure quality content production and effective communication with creative teammates, agency partners, production companies, and external clients.
