Overview
We are searching for an experienced, reliable, detail-oriented
Senior Executive Assistant Business Partner to be part of the team.
The Senior EABP will support Intuit's Chief Corporate Strategy &
Development Officer. They will be responsible for performing a wide
variety of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is
self-motivated, professional, proactive, collaborative, willing to
learn, and capable of managing their workload as well as their
executive's workload while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced
environment.

What you'll bring
- Minimum of 10+ years working at the Executive administrative
level
- Advanced Outlook calendar management is critical
- Expert level knowledge of Windows desktop computer
applications, Microsoft Office, Google Suite/Workspace
- Strong organization, project management and problem-solving
skills
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, as well as a strong
customer service perspective (internal, as well as external), and
can handle issues with respect, dignity, sensitivity, and
urgency
- Friendly and professional demeanor, with a "can do"
attitude
- Ability to act quickly and multi-task seamlessly and
professionally
- Proven time management skills with the ability to work in a
fast-paced environment with limited supervision
- Be highly proactive and take ownership to anticipate needs and
adept at managing-up and downstream to ensure deliverables are met
timely and accurately
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the
ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
- Ability to identify business issues and coordinate an
appropriate response with key stakeholders
How you will lead
- Manage complex and detailed executive calendar to solve for
scheduling conflicts at the C-Suite level
- Interact with Board members and their staff to schedule off
cycle meetings related to Mergers & Acquisitions
- Ability to handle time-sensitive critical priorities with
minimal direction
- Drive M&A projects that include a high degree of
confidentiality working with senior executives and Board
members
- Possess a high degree of initiative and take independent action
while exercising sound judgment at all times
- Exceptional ability to partner with cross-functional teams to
successfully deliver the desired outcome
- Engage with the Legal team to manage distribution of Board
materials
- Manage calendar invitations for quarterly Acquisition Committee
meetings
- Communicate with all levels of the organization, including
executive officers, customers and external partners
- A willingness to evolve as the company's and team's priorities
change
- Represent the office of the Chief CS&D Officer with the
highest level of integrity and professionalism
- Partner with the CS&D Social Committee to drive, plan and
support events and meetings, off-sites and team motivation
- Travel coordination and arrangements
