Business Development Representative (CST/PST)

The role:
We are looking for a talented Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our US Sales team. You'll work closely with Marketing and Sales organizations to build a strong pipeline to meet organizational and regional revenue targets.

What you'll do:
Hunt new leads through campaigns in coordination with Sales Reps and Marketing
Ensure clarity of ownership
Drive process hygiene
Report for transparency and collaboration
Qualify leads and set meetings with Field Sales.
Constantly work to drive brand visibility through "top of the funnel" activity - hunting down opportunities and running campaigns to drive interest and engage customers.
Design email campaigns and strategies around what's working and what's hot through personal learning and via coordination with other functions - identify relevant customer/industry pain points and craft messaging to drive interest.
Use preparation and research to build rapport with prospects and Marketing generate leads - fostering a sense of trust by building on common ground.

What you have:
Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role.
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
Experience with sales methodology including but not limited to BANT & MEDDIC.
A track record of achieving sales quotas, meeting sales based MBO's and lead gen.
Experience with BDR tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, Apollo, DiscoverOrg, etc.
Familiarity with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
A good understanding of sales performance metrics and contribution to net new opps.
