Job Description:

Department: Talent Mgt The primary focus of this position is to support the Talent Acquisition Specialist(s) and Human Resource Business Partner(s) to drive the development of a high performing work environment and engaged workforce. This position will perform a wide-range of human resource work and carry out responsibilities in one or more functional areas, which typically include the processing of information that is confidential and highly sensitive. This position will answer questions and resolve issues for internal and external customers to promote exceptional customer service and maintain the focus on the ease of doing business. Responsibilities/Tasks : - Support the full-cycle recruiting process across the Enterprise including but not limited to screening applications/resumes, advertising/posting vacancies, conducting background checks, relocation, contacting candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, compiling and delivering interview packets, greeting candidates and representing company at career fairs. - Support the full-cycle on-boarding for new hires. - Support the immigration visa process. - Lead and provide the HR support to talent acquisition specialist(s) and business partner(s) as directed. - May be asked to attend various meetings with and/or on behalf of the talent acquisition specialist(s). - Coordinate and administer skills testing, greet applicants and obtain completed job applications. - Participates in Board and Committee meeting activities and prepares supporting materials. - Contributes to special and cross-functional projects for leadership, as needed. Performs other related duties which may not be specifically listed in the position description, but which are within the general occupational series and responsibility level typically associated with the employee's class of work. Job Requirements: Employment qualifications: Education: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field required, Master's degree preferred. - - Progress towards, or completion of, industry recognized professional designations preferred. Continuous learning, as defined by the Company's learning philosophy, is required. - Certification or progress toward certification is highly preferred and encouraged. - Experience: At least five years of progressively responsible human resource experience which provide the necessary skills, knowledge and abilities. Strong technical HR knowledge, and demonstrated leadership, coaching and influencing skills. Previous experience working with HRIS required.Experience working in a collaborative labor/management environment highly preferred. - Skills/Knowledge/Abilities (Ska) Required: - Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to compose correspondence. - Knowledge of organization, company, and departmental policy and procedures. - Excellent working knowledge of computers and company standard software. - Working knowledge of human resource information systems and self-service capabilities. - Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work. - Ability to maintain confidentiality on all levels and at all times. - Ability to use independent judgment and initiative and to anticipate needs and accomplish tasks without direction. - Excellent skills in proofreading of documents for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and presentation. - Significant ability to establish work flows, manage multiple projects, and meet necessary deadlines while maintaining proper relationships. - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. - Ability to exchange information clearly and concisely and to present ideas, report facts, and other information. - Ability to use diplomacy, discretion, and appropriate judgment when addressing callers. - Ability to perform necessary mathematical computations.
