The Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing team creates and markets the employer brand and employee value proposition (EVP) to recruit qualified candidates globally. About the Role You will bring DoorDash's employer brand to life through new creative concepts and compelling copywriting. You will partner with the DEI, Recruiting, Brand Marketing, Social Media, and Public Relations teams to create and write content that tells an authentic story of why DoorDash is an incredible place to work. You will report to the Senior Manager, Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing under the broader Culture and Belonging function within the People organization. We are considering candidates across the U.S. in cities where DoorDash has physical office locations, provided they are open to returning to an office. DoorDash employees are working remotely through the end of 2021. You're excited about this opportunity because you will--- * Achieve creative excellence with emphasis on creative strategy, writing, inclusive storytelling, voice and tone for recruitment marketing campaigns to increase employer brand and EVP awareness and to recruit qualified candidates * Manage the conceptual and copywriting efforts of employer brand projects and campaigns on marketing channels such as email, social, blogs, landing pages, and event invitations * Lead the development and iteration of employer brand tone of voice (TOV) / Voice guidelines and brand best practices * Bring a candidate centric approach to storytelling that promotes diversity by approaching programming with equity and inclusion in mind * Complete operational tasks to help develop the new Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing team We're excited about you because--- * You have 3+ years of work experience in creative copywriting, content strategy, or recruitment marketing * You have experience working in a range of platforms from digital to video and writing in a range of content types, such as long copy, performance headlines, and social posts * You have experience managing your work at the project level * You have experience collaborating as a strategic partner, building relationships across multiple teams, and communicating to collaborators * You have experience identifying and incorporating compelling consumer insights for global brands into your content and writing work Why You'll Love Working at DoorDash We are leaders - Leadership is not limited to our management team.
