Administrative Director Behavioral Health Hospital in the San
Francisco Bay Area.
The Program Director Behavioral Health will oversee all
operations throughout the facility, which includes a 25-bed
inpatient Psychiatric Health Center as well as a 7 bed rapid crisis
In addition to being responsible for all clinical services, the
Administrative Director Psychiatric Hospital, will also oversee all
the ancillary services leaders: Pharmacy, Quality, Facilities,
Laboratory, Security, and Medical Staff Services.
The Behavioral Health Director will be key leader at this
nonprofit organization that offers a variety of Mental Health
support services. This organization is longstanding in the
community, strong and stable, and looking for an Administrative
Director who can help with continued growth.
The Inpatient Behavioral Health Director will develop training
materials and assist with any issues that arise within the
department. Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Inpatient
Behavioral Health Nurse Director will be responsible for personnel
management, clinical policy oversight, patient satisfaction,
clinical resource expertise, and compliance with regulatory
agencies. They will also be accountable for managing human, fiscal,
and other resources needed to support clinical nursing practice and
positive patient outcomes.
The Behavioral Health Hospital Vice President Patient Services
will need to be an experienced Psychiatric Services leader:
Registered Nurse, Social Worker or Psychologist.
