Summary:

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you manage a portfolio of strategic clients and provide technical solutions and consultative services of our fraud detection SaaS products. You lead the integration of our product with client data and manage the solution deployment of customers. From managing machine learning models’ performance to debugging product issues, you are a technical expert who works cross-functionality with Engineering and Product teams to ensure smooth experiences for our customers. You not only lead technical discussions with the fraud team of customers but also facilitate value-based business conversations with executive leaders of our key accounts. You will be key to our company’s overall success in the region and report to our Global Head of Customer Success.

Specific Job Duties:

  • Provide product support, escalation, and resolution of technical issues
  • Lead solution deployment deep dive discussions in late stage pre-sales call.
  • Understand client use cases and define plans to achieve success criteria
  • Manage integration and product implementation process for customers
  • Conduct and coordinate business reviews and presentations with clients
  • Drive product roadmap by communicating client feedback to internal teams
  • Attend meetups, events, and conferences as a technical ambassador

Requirements

  • One of the two below from banking, payment, social, or e-commerce industries:
    • 2+ years of experience in customer facing technical roles as technical account manager, customer success manager, solution engineer, or solution architect.
    • 2+ years of experience in fraud/risk management and fraud analytics
  • B.A./B.S. degree in a technical or analytical discipline
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong time and project management ability with focus to ensure deadlines are met
  • Coding and database experience (e.g. Python, Java, SQL) a plus
