Job Description Summary:

business thrive together. As a Litigation Assistant, you will be
encouraged to think outside of the box, identify challenges, and

towards becoming a paralegal. This position can be based in our
Mountain View or San Francisco (CA) offices.
You will work under the immediate supervision of our litigation
attorneys and paralegals to assist with all aspects of the
litigation process including discovery, motion work, court filings
and trial preparation.
Prepare and organize motion, hearing, witness and trial
Retrieve and organize case law and statutes into binders.
Upload and file documents into eRooms or other document
- Organize and label trial exhibits, including bates label
documents to be produced.
Skills & Qualifications:
Exemplary oral and written communication skills and the ability
to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving
Proactive and a demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet
deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong Excel skills a plus.
- Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate from
ABA-accredited program required.
