This position can be based in our Mountain View or San Francisco (CA) offices.

Job Description:

You will work under the immediate supervision of our litigation attorneys and paralegals to assist with all aspects of the litigation process including discovery, motion work, court filings and trial preparation.

  • Prepare and organize motion, hearing, witness and trial binders.

  • Retrieve and organize case law and statutes into binders.

  • Upload and file documents into eRooms or other document management system.

  • Organize and label trial exhibits, including bates label documents to be produced.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Exemplary oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Proactive and a demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong Excel skills a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate from ABA-accredited program required.
