Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 2 years of experience designing signal processing and wireless communications systems + Experience with wireless protocols standards like Bluetooth and Wi-Fi + Experience with the end-to-end components/modules for wireless communication systems Preferred qualifications: + MS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent + Experience in the system level analysis from Antenna all the way up to Wi-Fi/Bluetooth Protocol + Knowledge and experience working on the several Wi-Fi and Bluetooth protocol layers (PHY, MAC, GATT, TCP/IP) + Expert in Wi-Fi and/or Bluetooth technology. Expert in Wi-Fi/Bluetooth and Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/LTE coexistence + Expert in wireless MIMO systems and experience in launching connectivity products/chips/technology in mobile and/or consumer space You'll work with Google product line teams to focus on performance and power optimizations. You'll have the opportunity to work on new hardware projects that use Wi-Fi/Bluetooth and be able to introduce new features and optimizations according to the use case. You'll also define test methodologies and pass/fail criteria to ensure Bluetooth and Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/GNSS/Cellular coexistence performance and reliability. In our team, you'll be working on driving the roadmap, features and the latest hardware improvements. You'll be optimizing/defining the overall system KPIs from Antenna, RF, Firmware, software and all the way to application layer. You'll also work with product teams and partners driving manufacturing test flow and test automation. You'll also work with product engineering teams to debug and improve critical connectivity issues.
