SUMMARY We are searching for a transformational leader who is responsible for shaping, building, and leading our global digital commerce marketplace and strategic partner vision. The Leader of Global Digital Partner Commerce is responsible for the big picture digital marketplace and digital strategic partner ecosystem. A high level of understanding of both data and strategy and the company's business is required. HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Define strategies to enable future growth with current and future digital commerce partners
  • Focus on serving riders, building the brand, and creating healthy growth
  • Develop and oversee a strategy that segments and differentiates the digital marketplaces around the world
  • Innovate new business models (financial, operational, & technological) to create growth and mutual profitability with current and future partners
  • Share best practices across industry and marketplace trends to enable learning and rapid iteration
  • Develop a POV in partnership with Regions and Markets on new digital entrants for partnership including marketplaces, digital retailers, and omnichannel partners
  • Support Regions and Markets to evaluate and develop relationships with strategic partners
  • Drive organizational alignment and decision making
  • Innovate new ways to more efficiently track and monitor products throughout the digital ecosystem
  • Align KPI framework with cross functional teams, current, & future partners
  • Member of Global Digital Commerce Leadership team responsible for helping set and drive Specialized Global Digital Commerce strategy and results WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN
    • 7+ years of hands-on experience in digital commerce, outdoor and/or consumer products industries with key experience in Retail, Multichannel, Digital
    • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
    • Strong proven abilities managing and implementing retail programs, policies, procedures, and methodologies
    • Ability to think creatively and analyze data while facing ambiguity and uncertainty
    • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and an intense focus on achieving results
    • Ability to champion needs cross functionally and influence where necessary across various levels of an organization
    • Comfortable with the rapid evolution of technology and excited to continue to develop and enhance your knowledge, skills, and experience
