SUMMARY The Leader of Global Digital Planning and Consumer Engagement is responsible for planning with the brand on the big picture of a variety of consumer facing digital rider engagement programs and capabilities. HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Lead the vision and activation planning for all digital touchpoints in alignment with our Brand Marketing and Category teams
  • Embed digital in all category and global seasonal marketing plans realizing brand designs & creative direction for rider facing experiences
  • Shape our go-to-market digital strategy to land product concepts within our digital distribution channels
  • Partner with cross functional teams to identify and shape our digital journeys, defining how we engage with our rider to ensure a cohesive experience across all digital touchpoints
  • Strategize and define our digital campaign standards framework, identifying new opportunities, new requirements, & innovative ways to engage with our riders
  • Define & align campaign and activation framework across the whole digital ecosystem, Specialized.com, digital partners, & marketplaces, in alignment with our Regional & Market teams
  • Provide Brand Marketing & Category teams post-campaign feedback to enhance future development of our digital campaign standards
  • Define and align Digital Planning & Consumer Engagement KPI framework, aligning targets with Regional & Market teams, & establish the necessary measurement process to enable that
  • Member of Global Digital Commerce Leadership team responsible for helping set and drive Specialized Global Digital Commerce strategy and results WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN
    • 7+ years of hands-on experience in CRM, Consumer Engagement, Loyalty, Digital Marketing or Analytics teams
    • Comfortable with the rapid evolution of technology and excited to continue to develop and enhance your knowledge, skills, and experience
    • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
    • Ability to think creatively and analyze data while facing ambiguity and uncertainty
    • High level of energy, passion and enthusiasm for outdoor lifestyle in general and cycling in particular
    • Strong ability to develop structured frameworks and approaches and innovative thinking to solve complex challenges in a fluid environment
    • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and an intense focus on achieving results
    • Strong organizational skills and team player
    • Ability to champion needs cross functionally and influence where necessary across various levels of an organization
