We are searching for a accountable individual to join our team as the Leader of People & Culture! This individual will play a key role in developing and implementing a strategic plan as well as scaling the global team. HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Drive development and implementation of the Specialized Strategic Plan across the People and Culture team.
  • Play a foundational role in scaling into a global team.
  • Partner with leadership to develop talent strategies to support tremendous growth and emerging leaders
  • Empower and support the P&C functional leaders to grow out talent acquisition, HR operations, compensation and business partnering.
  • Lead the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion plan and integrate into all facets of the P&C team's remit and in the company culture. WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN
    • 10 + years of experience in HR leadership at a global business: HRBP or Talent Acquisition experience preferred.
    • Strong eye for business and ability to work well across different functions in order to integrate People and business strategies
    • Experience in coaching senior leaders and managers, and strong talent assessment skills
