Job Description:

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• 10 years of technical experience in silicon implementation and chip integration.
• Experience in delivering silicon to mass production Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience and breadth in engineering across physical design, top-level implementation, GDS tape-out
  • Delivery of high complexity silicon in industry leading technology process nodes
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams

    • Lead functional team responsible for delivering to the foundry, I/O Padring, ESD planning.
    • Collaborate closely with Chip-top, IP teams and cross-functional leads such as packaging, thermal, system etc and develop optimal Chip-Floorplan.
    • Create and deploy SoC methodologies for full-chip integration, netlist/GDS assembly and Physical Design Verification (PDV).
    • Work with Foundry/internal teams on PDK/DK collaterals, final Tapeout database release, waiver approvals and mask-preparation reviews.
