This person will work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to develop multiple types of content, including guides, videos, presentations, and other enablement communications that drive sales performance & productivity. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and editor with experience in content strategy, project management, and data-informed decision making.This person should also have an eye for improving user experience and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with proven critical thinking skills. This is a multi-faceted position and an opportunity to be part of a growing team.Responsibilities:Partner with cross-functional teams to incorporate business needs, brand messaging, marketing campaigns, and product launches into sales outreachSupport the sales cycle at all stages, from lead generation through customer onboarding and beyondProactively engage with sales managers and sales representatives to gather feedback and use it to optimize messaging and sales materialsWork collaboratively with our Talent Development team to produce sales enablement and training presentationsExplain complicated product and policy concepts in simple, jargon-free language using BigPandas Voice.Make data-driven decisions to improve BigPandas support (LMS) experiences Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining close attention to detail and meeting tight deadlinesRequirements:Experience successfully creating and delivering sales enablement with measurable results in a fast-paced environmentExceptional written and oral communication skills that are geared towards sales organizationExtremely organized with strong planning and project management skills to be able to support multiple programsExperience utilizing sales enablement platforms and working knowledge of CRMsProficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Stream)Video Editing and Graphic Editing skillsAdobe Creative Suite experience preferredDetail oriented with good multitasking skillsGreat team player, positive, and proactivePerks/Benefits:Work with a collaborative team and enjoy a highly driven culture that is committed to personal and professional development Other company perks include:Virtual events, fireside chats, happy hours, and other opportunities to interact with the teamMedical, Dental, and Vision coverage and 401kFlex PTO & 11 Company HolidaysLife Insurance & Disability CoverageFlexible Spending Account
