This team leads our efforts to build a product experience that enables enterprise customers of all sizes across the globe to offer the world’s best education to their employees.

We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and organized individual who will leverage their Project Management skills to drive high impact initiatives for the Enterprise Product team. These initiatives are highly cross-functional and will require regular interaction with various cross-product partners and leaders to drive the execution and launch of large product initiatives. This person will partner with senior leaders and a broader cross-functional team to drive day-to-day operations and help shape product strategy. This role will partner specifically with teams laying the future foundation for Coursera’s Enterprise segment growth.    You will be responsible for working with the Product team to help manage and deliver robust project plans, milestones and staying the course to deliver on business priorities.

You will be responsible for rolling up status and reporting it via several channels. You will focus on increasing the efficiency and effectiveness across teams. You will work closely with the Enterprise Product team to shape, prioritize, and communicate our product plan. You will play a leading role in helping manage key organizational cadences such as annual planning, quarterly planning, and strategy development for a fast growing Enterprise Product team located in multiple locations.

You must have a blend of technical and strategic mindset to be able to clearly communicate issues, solutions, and any other necessary information across the broad range of stakeholders. You also excel at working with engineering, design, and product leads to drive adoption of best practices for tracking and delivering projects on time and with predictability.

Help manage and scale the day to day operations of a fast growing Enterprise product team, which includes tracking and reporting mechanisms for large cross functional projects

Manage and drive multiple, large projects to ensure on-time delivery between cross functional teamsCreate connective tissue:

Work with and share knowledge among various cross functional stakeholders

Engineering, Marketing, and Executive teams Develop in-depth understanding for what drives growth for the Enterprise products, and leverage insights to drive future direction together with the Product leadership team

Contribute to scoping discussions and challenge assumptions when and where required

Effectively handle ambiguity and work to diminish that it for your teams and the stakeholders

Basic Qualifications: 4+ years of work experience at a management consulting firm or technology company

Bachelor's degree in science, mathematics, engineering or any quantitative major

Strong analytical skills: Experience solving real world business and product problems

Ability to synthesis and solve challenging business/technology problems

Able to prioritize own workload across multiple projects simultaneously and be comfortable working in a dynamic environment

Able to work with cross functional teams to deliver the implementation of new features as well as resolve operational issues

History of facilitating key planning activities such as quarterly OKR setting, annual resource allocation, and long-term Product Vision development

Create and optimize Product organization processes and workflows

Preferred Qualifications: Partner with Product leaders to build and refine business cases for new potential investments and tackle strategic go-to-market questions around critical growth initiatives

Surface and advocate for key insights from business partners to inform future product improvement

Experience working closely with senior leadership staff

Prior strategy or operations experience within technology companies

Passion for Internet products and technologies: A desire to live and breathe consumer-product and change the trajectory of the company

Able to articulately present and debate recommendations with senior leadership

High-energy, team-first attitude: Motivated to work hard in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to help our growing business
