Finance team include accounting, financial reporting, analysis,

Manage to the end-to-end, timely, and accurate SEC preparation
and filing process from record compilation, review, and archive of
supporting documentation, tie-outs, disclosure checklists, the
drafting and review of disclosures, and XBRL tagging compliance and

approval process of SEC filings with external auditors, inside and
outside legal counsel, and Disclosure and Audit Committees.

Demonstrated history of people management, project management,
and analytical skills
Experience with Excel
Preferred Qualifications: Active Disclosure, Webfiings, or
similar SEC preparation system experience.
