This role is designed for associates who have already proven themselves in elite M&A environments and are ready to take on meaningful responsibility, direct client exposure, and complex deal execution within a highly respected platform. Position Overview The Corporate M&A group advises companies across the full lifecycle—from early-stage startups to publicly traded global enterprises—on high-value mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic transactions. Associates are deeply embedded in deal teams and trusted with substantive responsibility throughout the transaction process. This is a hands-on, fast-moving role for attorneys who thrive in sophisticated transactional environments and value intellectual rigor, collaboration, and long-term career growth.
