firms to add a mid-level Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney to its
nationally recognized corporate practice. This is a premier

Highest Tier for Middle-Market M&A (The Legal 500) The team has
advised on over $750 billion in transactions , including complex
acquisition programs for serial acquirers and major strategic exits
for prominent unicorns. About the Role The ideal candidate will
have 3–5 years of experience at a leading corporate firm,
including: Significant M&A transactional experience Exposure to
technology and/or life sciences transactions (preferred but not
required) Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
Superior academic credentials Active bar membership in the state of
the office applied to (or eligibility to sit/waive in) Attorneys in
this group work on high-impact, industry-shaping deals with
cutting-edge companies and fast-growing innovators. Compensation &
Benefits Base Salary Range: $260,000 – $310,000 Discretionary
performance bonus Full suite of competitive benefits, including:
