Role: Growth Engineer Location: Hybrid, San Francisco, CA
Compensation: $175,000 – $225,000 About the Role A fast-growing AI
startup based in San Francisco is hiring a Growth Engineer to build
innovative growth-focused tools that attract and convert users.
This full-time hybrid role is centered on creating standalone
products like lead magnets, calculators, microsites, and
interactive demos that drive awareness and pipeline growth. You’ll
work closely with Growth, Marketing, and Design teams to ship
high-leverage growth experiments that support sales and marketing
efforts, accelerating user acquisition and engagement beyond the
core product. What Will You Do Build standalone tools and
microsites showcasing AI video capabilities Develop interactive
lead magnets such as ROI calculators, quizzes, and gated templates
Create programmatic landing page engines to capture demand at scale
Build internal tools to support Sales and Marketing, including
campaign builders and routing workflows Own projects end-to-end
from concept through deployment Implement frontend and backend
features using Next.js, React, Node.js, Firebase, Supabase, and
Vercel Set up analytics to track usage, activation, and conversion
metrics Collaborate with Design to deliver fast, polished, and
on-brand experiences Ship quickly and iterate based on impact to
help drive real revenue What Will You Bring 2 to 4 years of
full-stack development experience, preferably with growth or
product experimentation focus Strong skills in React, Next.js,
TypeScript, and backend services like Firebase or Supabase Ability
to own projects from scratch including architecture, user flows,
and UX polish Curiosity about user engagement, conversion, and
shareability Bonus: Experience with lead generation tools, viral
landing pages, SEO, CRO, or funnel optimization principles
Compensation and Perks Salary: $175,000 – $225,000 Hybrid work
