Job Description:

growth. Aeris is looking for a senior technology leader who will
drive our front-end user experiences in the age of GenAI. This is a
unique role that covers all product areas including IoT
Accelerator, IoT Watchtower, and Automotive Connected Vehicle
Cloud. This VP role requires exceptional technical strength and a
proven ability to innovate, shaping intelligent, user-centric
experiences and embedding AI-driven insights to deliver impactful,
differentiated solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise
in enterprise User Experience, Front-end technologies, Data
visualization, GenAI, IoT, and technology innovation, with a proven
record of leading complex SaaS initiatives and transforming market
needs into successful, forward-thinking, and actionable solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Pr oduct Vision & Strategy Define and evolve
product vision across IoT Accelerator, Watchtower, and Mobility
Suite. Identify paths to embed AI/GenAI-driven capabilities,
including anomaly detection, RAG-powered insights, and smart
automation in connectivity & security flows. UX Leadership
Architect and iterate UX for high-complexity SaaS
interfaces—device/UI dashboards, analytics portals, and policy
controls. Champion a single pane of glass design, ensuring clarity
across connectivity, eSIM, billing, and security modules. GenAI
Integration Evaluate and embed AI/ML/GenAI solutions to enrich
platform functions: cost optimization, threat insights, predictive
alerts. Innovate with use cases such as intent-based device
policies, network anomaly detection, and automated workflows.
Cross-functional Leadership Collaborate with engineering (cloud,
security, APIs), data science, operations, design, and GTM teams.
Drive agile roadmap delivery, from prototypes through to global
deployment across 30 MNOs. Lead front-end quality strategy,
ensuring scalable automated testing (unit, integration, E2E) and
GenAI-driven test automation across Aeris platforms. Embed QA into
CI/CD workflows and uphold accessibility and performance standards.
Market & User Insight Research and prioritize use cases in
verticals (fleet, energy, healthcare). Engage with customers,
partners (MNOs, OEMs), and internal stakeholders for empathy-driven
feature definition. Performance & Analytics Define UX and product
KPIs: adoption, task success rate, support load, and monetization
through AI tools. A/B test messaging, AI tips, and alerts; refine
GenAI features for maximum ROI. Minimum Requirements: 15 years in
Product/Technical leadership (SaaS, enterprise B2B). Deep
experience with UX frameworks designing for complex enterprise SaaS
products (including prototyping, user research). Proven success
operationalizing GenAI/ML capabilities/frameworks (e.g., OpenAI,
Hugging Face) into live products—preferably in cybersecurity,
analytics, or communications. Cloud-native SaaS architecture (APIs,
microservices, device management, security) Analytics and data
visualization (real-time insights, anomaly detection) SAFe or
similar scaled Agile frameworks, DevOps, and cross-functional
technical leadership Strong collaboration skills across technical
and non?technical teams; adept at translating user needs into
product features. Excellent communicator—executive-level
storytelling, product pitches, and UX rationale. Preferred
Requirements: Prior leadership in IoT SaaS, telecom, cloud, or
security domains. Understanding of cellular IoT, connectivity
management, eSIM, device security, and API-based ecosystems
(including protocols and standards e.g., MQTT, eSIM, secure
onboarding) Familiarity with AI ethics, zero-trust security, and

reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the
time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the
posted range. This range may also be modified in the future. An
employee’s position within the salary range will be based on
several factors including, but not limited to: relevant education,
qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority,
geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales
or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and
business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is
$250,000 to $300,000. Aeris also offers a comprehensive package of
benefits including paid time off, medical / dental / vision
insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
