Position Overview:
Our client is looking for a Technical Program Manager, you'll be
working on supporting the build out of process improvements to
optimize velocity and quality of UX across our clients org. You'll
combine expert project management skills with a passion for user
experience to help the team design how billions of users interact
with our products. Working collaboratively with designers,
managers, researchers, technical program managers, and engineering
teams to plan projects, define milestones, allocate resources,
assess risks, and help projects meet deadlines. As a Program
Manager, you will also manage your program-related communications
to team members, leaders and other stakeholders. -

Overall Responsibilities:
- Understand high-level org priorities and work with Leads +
designers to make the most impact possible under tight schedules
through process optimization initiatives.
- Deliver projects using a combination of existing process and
individual initiative and ability to orchestrate successful
delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Facilitate and capture high-level information and action items
from design reviews, UX crits, to support UX through the product
life cycle -
- Identify team needs with regards to process, tools,
documentation, driving required changes to make sure designers are
working at optimum efficiency.
- Track milestones and schedules; Keep project teams focused and
productive.
- Collaborate with UX team leadership in project decision-making,
including: scheduling, and coordination of teams and approval
processes.
- Partner with UX PGMs in the team to ensure that UX is elevated
and included throughout the PLC.
- Be a partner to UX, UXR, UX PgM - leads in creating - +
executing programs that scale the operation and improve clarity of
org.
- Partner with UX PgM team to develop and run channels and forums
for alignment and feedback of projects and programs across
UXCS.
- Working with the UX PgM lead, create a source of truth for all
operations and processes to clear the runway for leads and team to
work efficiently.
- Maintain and evolve the current team process and documentation,
iterate and improve when needed.
Skill/Experience/Education
Mandatory:
- BA/BS degree in business or equivalent
degree/experience
- 3+ years of industry experience as a Program Manager, Project
Manager, Design Producer, UX Manager, or similar role
- Proven ability to multitask, analyze opportunities, define
successful approaches, and proactively solve problems
- Experience building working relationships with peers across
functions (design, research, product, test, engineering,
etc)
- -Comfortable with ambiguity and able to act with confidence;
strong ability to communicate clearly and speak up at any point in
the process
