EngineerWe are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide
technical support to our customers and field team regarding company
products.Responsibilities --- Communicate with customers with
regard to the correct use of Namocell products. --- Provide
technical instrument support to customers, and assess maintenance
needs. --- Perform instrument and software update. --- Document
customer interactions and feedback. --- Collaborate with internal
teams to drive customer success. --- Contribute to new product
development. Qualifications --- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical
Engineering or related fields. --- At least 3 years of relevant
experience with biotech instrument support. No entry level
candidate will be considered. --- Superior communication and
presentation skills. --- Strong analytical and problem-solving
skills. --- Customer-focused, self-driven and team player.Namocell
