Job Description:

We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our Engineering team to drive our software development process across multiple product lines and geographic locations. - Additionally, we'll look to the Program Manager to continue to improve our aggressive SaaS development processes with a focus on increasing the quality of our product releases and productivity of our team. -What You'll Do (but is not limited to)

• Organize and coordinate product development activities across multiple, geographically distributed teams
• Manage issues and risks, create mitigation plans and escalate to appropriate stakeholders appropriately
• Assist users and stakeholders with understanding the capabilities in meeting our product portfolio commitments, execution, and reporting needs. This requires an understanding of the Product Development Life Cycle, execution processes, and the roles of each player.
• Drive release planning sessions and cross-scrum dependency tracking
• Run multiple scrum teams as the Scrum Master
• Monitor change in product development scope across the portfolio and ensure that development activities are aligned with product priorities
• Measure team productivities and drive continuous improvementYour Qualifications
  • Experience with development of Cloud/SaaS products
  • Expertise with Agile, Scrum Master certification a strong plus
  • Demonstrated success leading multiple, concurrent development projects
  • Experience with hybrid and/or on premise software applications a strong plus
  • Superb organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to interface with people across multiple organizations, including executive staff
