OverviewWe are looking for A-players to help evolve our People Technology Management team to become a world-class organization. Our People & Places Staff Tech Partner will play a critical team member role in designing our global HR systems. You must be someone who can operate as a designer, both business process and technical requirements, and a product manager to ensure implemented solutions deliver awesome experiences. In this demanding and fast-paced role, you will identify business requirements that enable great experiences, system enhancements that are scalable and sustainable long-term, and work closely with stakeholders and technology partners to ensure the successful delivery of working products. You will be responsible for contributing to large cross-functional initiatives and implementations that enable us to create amazing experiences for our most important asset - our people - to help us achieve our mission of 'Maximizing the Potential of our Employees' and accelerate Intuit's business growth. This role is primarily aligned with the Talent Development and Performance Management domain, which leverages technology solutions for goal setting and performance check-ins (Betterworks), learning and development (Degreed, Docebo, Watershed), recognition badging (Credly), and year-end reviews with rewards recommendations (Workday). What you'll bringMinimum of 4+ years experience with HR technology solutions. Experience utilizing SaaS-based HRIS products: Workday certifications are required; Betterworks, Degreed, Docebo, Watershed, Credly are nice to have. General familiarity of the HR technology landscape and the future releases of these products. Solid understanding of HR and IT business processes and how they impact HR systems. A passion for developing solutions that deliver outstanding experiences. Ability to articulate clear messages to team members, stakeholders, and vendors. Skilled at managing various internal and external stakeholders during complex implementation initiatives. Experience in contributing to concurrent projects while meeting aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Agile and able to work in ambiguous situations. Possess an orientation for results and excellence, demonstrating conceptual and analytical thinking, initiative and flexibility. How you will lead : Drive change across Directors, VPs, in addition to, other levels within a business unit or multiple organizations. Lead highly complex initiatives with accountability/ responsibility that transcends multiple teams and projects across HR and IT organizations. Interface with key partners and vendors, ensuring they understand project deliverables, meet timing and cost deadlines, and collaborate with internal project stakeholders while augmenting internal team resources. Ensure clear communication of project scopes, timing, and progress on an ongoing basis. Define a technology vision and roadmap for specific initiatives and HR domains through strategic partnerships, influence, and both internal/external best-practices. Be bold about the customer problem to solve, driving deep empathy and data-driven decision, with continuous experimentation to deliver for the customer. Build durable strategies by capitalizing on domain expertise and tapping into extensive internal and external best practices. Proactively identify opportunities to further leverage best-in-class technology and minimize technology debt that hinders long-term scalability. Work to drive and implement best practices across all platforms, digital innovation, process automation, and emerging technologies that fit business requirements. Partner closely with HR, IT, and vendors to define and implement processes and technology that support business value and efficiency.
