Job Description:
Innovate services, simplify via automated workflows, and obviate
the need for 1:1 support with shared insights, single data truth,
and tracking capabilities. G-KIT is the team behind critical
project implementations such as Olympus+, Neo, and GCC
Next.Responsible for providing technical expertise and a pragmatic
approach to problem solving.Maintaining system configuration based
on business requirements.Recognizing efficiency improvement
opportunities and proposing new processes as needed to address
them; and maintaining documentation on System(s) and
processes.Focused on creating and maintaining CRM systems to ensure
that external users (users of client Ads and client Ad Manager) can
reach the right service teams and internal service teams can reach
out to the appropriate escalation teams for support.Manage the
systems yourself and work with our scaled partner team who maintain
and update these systems.Participate in multiple strategic cross
functional projects for client Ads Ecosystem to support large
service team's infrastructure integration.Execute business as usual
(BAU) functions (e.g., issue triage and troubleshooting)Partner
with vendor manager and vendor teams to identify and document
workflows suitable for further scale RequirementsBachelor's
degree.Experience of operating within and leading cross-functional
teams (e.g., engineering, product management, sales,
implementation)Experience with enterprise support systems (ex:
Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow, etc.) As an equal opportunity
