As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You'll help the cross-functional team launch product, managing factory test stations from concept to production.Google's mission is to organize the world's information and make it universally accessible and useful. Responsibilities Be the liaison between the Test Engineering team and Product Management. Manage factory software deployment, strategy coordination, and test station qualification.Standardize the test process across the entire production line, including sub-assembly, in process quality control (IPQC), outgoing quality control (OQC), and Reliability.

Drive operational issues for the test line. Ensure operational test readiness for all phases of the product development lifecycle.Work with consumer manufacturers on test-related standard operating procedures (SOPs), test fixtures, cycle time/UPH, and line balance. Manage schedules and plan for all test engineering deliverables (e.g., data collection features/solutions, test framework software drops, etc).Collaborate with suppliers and engineering teams, developing test blueprints, including assessment of process flow, equipment/fixture designs, process controls, factory test/data infrastructure, test reporting, implementation schedules, and validation plans prior to builds.
