Our client, a government agency dedicated to ensuring fair and
efficient elections, is seeking dedicated Election Receptionists to
join their team. As an Election Receptionist, you will be an
essential part of the Election Support Department, assisting voters
and ensuring smooth election operations. The ideal candidate will
demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail,
and a friendly, professional demeanor, which will align
successfully within the organization. Job Title: Election

Issuing ballots to voters accurately and efficiently Providing
exceptional customer service to voters and visitors Assisting with
voter registration and vote-by-mail processes Maintaining organized
records and database entries Supporting other program areas as
needed to ensure election success What's Needed? No prior
experience required; training will be provided Comfortable working
with computers and databases Strong attention to detail and
organizational skills Ability to follow instructions and work as
