professional with a passion for technology and a knack for
fostering positive employee relations? We are looking for an HR
Manager to join our dynamic team in the technology industry. This
unique opportunity offers the chance to make a significant impact
on our organization by driving key HR initiatives and providing
support to our employees. The ideal candidate will have extensive
experience in manufacturing environments and a deep understanding
of performance management, garnishments, and interviewing
processes. Responsibilities:As an HR Manager, your primary
responsibilities will include: 1. Managing and resolving complex
employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and
objective investigations, and maintaining a positive working
environment.2. Assisting with the development and implementation of
HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with the objectives
of the organization.3. Overseeing the performance management
process, providing guidance to managers and employees on
performance improvement strategies, and ensuring fair and
consistent implementation of performance improvement plans.4.
Coordinating employee garnishments, ensuring accuracy and
compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.5. Conducting
interviews, participating in recruitment efforts, and providing
guidance to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and
selection.6. Collaborating with other HR team members on projects
and initiatives to improve HR processes and
practices.Qualifications:To be considered for the HR Manager, you
must meet the following qualifications:1. A minimum of 3 years of
HR generalist experience, preferably in the construction, retail or
manufacturing industry.2. Proven experience in managing employee
relations and resolving complex HR issues.3. Extensive knowledge of
HR practices and principles, including performance management,
employee relations, and legal compliance.4. Experience with
garnishments and a solid understanding of the legal and regulatory
requirements related to this process.5. Strong interviewing skills,
with a proven track record of successful recruitment and
selection.6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with
the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the
organization.7. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or a related field is required. A professional HR
certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is highly
