Job Description SummaryThe Program Manager, Talent Onboarding &
Offboarding will design and deliver the account-wide onboarding
experience for our new hires in the Bay Area, and design and
deliver efficient and effective offboarding from the account . They
will become an expert in onboarding new hires, and have the
opportunity to reinvent how we can deliver exceptional onboarding
experiences at scale. As a trusted leader and member of the People
Operations team, they will work with other program managers, HR
partners, and onboarding and offboarding specialists within the
business to build large, cross-team programs and processes in a
dynamic, high-growth space.Job Description
- This is a hands-on operational role, and requires active
participation in the development and implementation of the
onboarding and offboarding programs
- Work independently and within a team on all onboarding and
offboarding program development and implementation actions,
processes and initiatives
- Align Onboarding and Offboarding programs to support the
overall strategy of the business and KPI attainment
- Expand the current Onboarding program to include activities and
deliverables for 30-60-90 days
- Seamlessly tie in remote onboarding with on-site onboarding to
ensure a positive experience for all parties
- Work closely with the hiring managers and teams to identify,
record and ensure adherence to the technical training requirements
related to onboarding
- Liaise cross-functionally with the account to ensure that the
programs developed meet the requirements of the teams
- Establish the mission statement and all aspects of setting
expectations with the individuals and the account
- Define and track key performance indicators to determine the
success of the programs and adjust/redesign accordingly
- Develop Onboarding and Offboarding playbooks, including those
for hiring managers
- Analyze the existing Onboarding and Offboarding programs to
determine improvements, additions and changes required
- Capture and track action items for Onboarding and Offboarding
and ensure that these are achieved
- Lead and facilitate the day to day management of the
Onboarding/Offboarding team in conjunction with the Director of
People Operations
- Listen and understand requirements, and translate these into
roadmaps, programs, and processes
- Work closely with the compliance department to ensure adherence
to policies, processes and requirements
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans
- Partner with subject matter experts to drive delivery and
adoption of the program
- Ensure that Onboarding programs are consistent, easy to use,
and representative of the requirements of a new hire to assimilate
quickly and effectively
- Identify opportunities to simplify, scale, streamline and drive
impact
- Ultimately responsible for all tasks associated with onboarding
and offboarding individuals, with adherence to policies, processes
and laws
- Act as liaison with other departments and our client, including
executive-level staff
- Perform advanced G-Suite (sheets, decks, documents) graphics,
database, and presentations
- Initiate and respond to correspondence
- Handle confidential and non-routine information
- Performs other related duties as required or
requestedEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
- High school Diploma or GEDWORK EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years of related work experience in onboarding, training
and/or project managing onboarding programs
- Experience building new hire onboarding programs/project
managing onboarding programs
- Instructional design experience with a focus on developing,
implementing, and continuously improving online and in-person
learning experiences
- Proven project management skills including planning work,
prioritizing and managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects
on track, using time well, and delivering results with tight
deadlines
- Ability to work in fast-paced ambiguous environments, adapting
quickly to changing circumstances, processes, and priorities
- Previous experience creating and rolling-out SOPs and
processes
- Must be customer-centric
- Demonstrated business acumen

CONDITIONS:
- Involves work of a general office nature; typically includes
