are searching for an outstanding HR operations leader who is
passionate about delivering exceptional employee experiences by
building great HR processes, integrating HR technology and enabling

difference:
- Build and lead the team responsible for operationally
delivering an exceptional employee experience- resolving inquiries,
processing transactions, improving processes and delivering
data
- Design and deploy a globally scalable new-hire onboarding
program that prepares teammates to do the best work of their lives
in Specialized
- Lead the integration and optimization of the People & Culture
tech stack to deliver HR data analytics, data insights and data
visualization
- Establish a productive rhythm of collecting and analyzing
teammate feedback data for engagement studies to inform People &
Culture action plans
- Build a high performing team of HR specialists to administer
teammate benefit and perk programs and deliver an excellent HR UX
for teammates globally
- Collaborate with teammates in HRBP, Talent and Compensation,
Finance and Legal teams to enable a globally agile workforce
(immigration, relocation, global tax)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, facilities,
safety, global tech, finance) to ensure compliance with audit
requirements for state and federal regulations What you'll need to
win: -
- 10+ years of successful experience in an HR operations role
within high-growth and/or significant transformation
environments
- Proven ability and passion for building effective HR processes
that deliver exceptional user experiences for teammates and
managers
- At least 5 years of experience building and leading
high-performing, highly engaged teams and developing top talent at
individual contributor and leadership levels
- High aptitude in driving HR tech stack implementation,
optimization and adoption (Workday, Greenhouse, CultureAmp highly
preferred)
- Expertise in developing and delivering meaningful HR data
insights, analytics and narratives to inform leadership
decisions
- Exceptional skills in change management - effective
communication and influencing skills at all organizational levels
(including c-suite), bias for action, project management
expertise
- Ability to structure and prioritize a team's work and focus
efforts in a sometimes ambiguous work environment
- Collaborative and engaging work style -a team player who
establishes trust and confidence quickly with excellent follow
