Join us in changing the face of fashion.About the Role:CaaStle is adding a new Lead Recruiter to our growing People team. The Lead Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring exceptional talent to support company-wide business initiatives. This ambitious, highly organized recruiter is responsible for executing the recruiting process for positions across a diverse group of business units, and will act as a hiring partner to all levels of managers across the organization. There is opportunity to grow professionally by working closely with People Team leadership to assist in the development of sustainable talent acquisition strategies, hiring plans and metrics.What You'll Do:Execute the full life cycle recruiting process across a wide variety of business functions, effectively build strong partnerships with hiring managers, managing talent throughout the interview and onboarding process, and consistently seek to improve the way we do things as a team.Drive an exceptional candidate experience, which includes sourcing, screening, evaluating skill levels, managing the offer process, conducting reference checks, providing salary recommendations, creating offer letters and onboarding.Manage relationships with agencies.Provide insights and assist in employer branding activities both internally and externally.Innovate and iterate in the design and execution an effective and efficient end-end selection process.Ensure CaaStle promotes a diverse and inclusive recruiting process, such as ensuring diverse candidate slates, training for hiring managers and ensuring we use inclusive language in all hiring materials.Act as a partner to hiring managers, providing coaching on interview best practices and providing guidance through the hiring process.Partner with People team on talent acquisition related initiatives, and collaborate on improving current talent acquisition processes.We'd love for you to Have:Bachelor's degree required.Five plus years of technical and corporate recruiting and sourcing experience - agency and corporate experience preferred.Strong sourcing and recruiting experience, including extensive experience utilizing job boards and source candidates through Boolean searches, social media, LinkedIn, other online tools and networking events.Ability to operate with a high sense of urgency and work in a fast-paced environment.Analytical and problem solving competencies.Excellent project management and organizational abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Team player.Knowledge of state and federal employment/labor laws and practices.ATS experience (Greenhouse preferred).Experience with onboarding.What We Offer:Competitive Compensation Package with Company Stock OptionsPre-tax Medical Care, Dental and Vision CareHealth Care Flexible Spending AccountsPrescription Drug CoverageCompany-provided Life InsuranceShort-Term and Long-Term Disability coverage with optional "buy up" plan401(k) Savings PlanFlexible Vacation and Paid HolidaysEmployee Assistance ProgramEven if you don't meet all of these qualifications above, we'd still love to hear from you.
