Compensation: $35-40 hourly

Seeking a temporary HR Generalist experienced in Compensation, Benefits, Reporting, Compliance and Immigration for a 3 month assignment. Possible T-H. Responsibilities:

• Provide support and execution on essential HR functions, including new hire orientation, onboarding, offboarding (exit interviews), leave of absence, employee handbook, personnel file upkeep, compensation, health benefits, 401K, and supporting the day-to-day HR responsibilities
• Process background checks, verify I-9, immigration work visas and maintain compliance
• Reviewed, tracked, and documented compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education and work assessments.Required experience:
  • 2+ years in HR Generalist position
  • Knowledge and experience with employment law
  • Reporting experience
  • Google Suite and MS Excel#LI-LD1
