Services may be directly delivered by colleagues or third-party service providers. ADDITIONAL ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ----- -Manages development and implementation of programs associated with the delivery of Workplace Services. Services include, but are not limited to: oFood Services oFood & Beverage Program oCatering Services oFood related Projects ----- -Develops workplace experience program materials, including client and company brand compliance. Creates resource guides and training materials to support program implementation and operations ----- -Partners with technology partners to develop or customize tools as needed to support program objectives. Maintains accuracy and relevance of resources over time ----- -Conducts listening exercises to better understand client needs. Develops performance indicators, rhythm of business and methodology for performance management and continuous improvement ----- -Develops or advises in the development of resources and materials needed to facilitate change management associated with workplace services programs. ----- -Directly manages and develops some workplace services programs related to Food & Beverage ----- -Remains informed about developments within the Workplace Experience industry and networked within company subject matter experts to bring world class solutions to bear for the client ----- -Identifies new innovations related to Food & Beverage program ----- -Works to get innovations approved, and if approved manages every single part of the project rollout to train and inform site teams on new equipment and subsequent service marketing opportunities to promote with the end users ----- -Collaborates with client IT teams to assess technology, training needs and implementation of program(s), training and tools for Workplace Experience teams and clients ----- -Maintains all Digital Security Reviews for new technologies on an annual basis (i.e. any piece of Hub equipment with internet functionality) by adhering to Supplier reviews directly with the manufacturers being submitted. This includes water dispensing systems, inventory management systems, POS devices for markets or innovations, and any use of PII data. ----- -Collaborates with Food Service Vendors to source and promote regional products that are certifiably diverse with compelling stories to share with the end user ----- -Incorporates global standards with regional products to entice the end-user into the program onsite. Digital communications are preferred to minimize paper supplies and direct end-users to the product to learn more ----- -Collaborates with client to assess needs and sets priorities for Workplace Experience Service delivery ----- -Continually syncs with client and onsite teams to deliver on items that adhere to the budget but allow for client requests ----- -Utilizes and maintains integrity of databases and other digital tools associated with service delivery, as requested ----- -Manages all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout ----- -Demonstrates capability to read, understand and apply standard to moderately complex documents affecting real estate projects, including but not limited to: agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys and drawings ----- -Interfaces directly with clients to define project requirements. Prepares scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification. ----- -Identifies project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification process; conducts standard request for proposals; completes bid analysis; recommends resources to clients ----- -Leads project delivery resources/team providing project guidance and direction to achieve project goals ----- -Implements communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources informed. Facilitates project meetings ----- -Implements project documentation governance aligned with company and Client requirements. Ensures project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated ----- -Tracks progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines. Reports status and variances. Creates action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule ----- -Implements change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure client approvals, and issue change orders. Assesses change requests to determine impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk ----- -Demonstrates ability to identify project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks ----- -Performs other duties as assigned ADDITIONAL SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Can provide formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Approves subordinate's recommendations for staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Effectively recommends same for direct reports to next level management for review and approval. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
